Restful web service composition project in JAVA

This is a small project of Web Service Composition in Java. One of the Web Services must be written by the freelancer. The rest 2 Web Services can be chosen from already deployed Web Service APIs( i prefer something with Amazon Web Services enviroment). Description of the task is attached to a pdf on the project itself. I want from the freelancer to know good English because the task demands some question answering.(5 questions) This is a small project so the price is around 50$-60$. If u are not interested do not bid. Also be creative is a plus. You can suggest to me any idea how to integrate 2 Amazon Web Services with 1 Web Service of yours to a Web Service Client.
