Simple Connect Four game made in Java with a GUI

As the title suggests I am looking for someone to create a Java Connect Four game. If possible the game should have two classes one focusing on the functionality and the other focusing on the GUI aspect (In which the game would be run for playing). Things such as NET Beans etc MUST be avoided, and a simple GUI layout concept should be created. The application visually can be simple as the only important thing is that it works and follows the game rules. It should also show a message saying - Player 1/2 has won and asking if the palyer wishes to restart the game. Attached is a file of a simple GUI layout I had previously done to show the how "complex" the GUI aspect should be. This should be a relatively simple task for someone with experience to do, the only problem is that the deadline for the project is tomorrow (10/03/2019 22:59 CET). I look forward to your offers.
