Hi, I'd like to implement your project. It's not really hard, but there are some work to do, especially to make it clear, simple and robust. Maybe some may give you better price, but I can guarantee you quality. Few words about myself - I'm a professional Java developer working with over 6 years experience. So you can be sure that the work will be done properly. Another benefit is that I have my friend and colleague who is also willing to participate in that project, what means that we can use pair programming and even increase quality of the code :) We want to participate to have new expirience (as you see this is my first project), so the money is not so important, but as I said it'll take some time to implement, that's why we ask 50€. One more thing. To do it properly we'll need to have a contact with you and provide you the first version, which you'll test and provide your feedback (if everything is clear, etc) So, count on few extra days needed to polish the solution.
