Build a React/Redux Web application to show articles from another site using its API

Hello, I want to build a React Web application that basically retrieves the 20 best articles from here ([login to view URL]) and shows them in a nicely organised list, and some additional features and requirement: 1. A page showing a list of the articles, including: title, creator, score, created time, and a link to open that article in another tab. 2. At least the "list container" and the "list items" are components/containers. 3. We can click on the creator of a story and navigate to another route (you can use react-router for example) to see the creator's information(id, human readable created time, karma/score, and number of submitted interactions). 4. The application should be usable in any screen size (i.e. it should be responsive). 5. We should make use of state management to keep track of the information, maintaining the data organised and minimising API calls. 6. We can sort the results by some of the properties, for example we sort by score or created time 7. We can filter the results by some of the properties, for example minimum/maximum score, or typing some keywords in the search/filter text field. 8. Finally, show a simple bar chart with the visible stories and their scores. You may use any library that you want.
