Client Portal using Angular

Would like to have a client portal developed that interfaces with two fully documented APIs. The portal will need to have user authentication and be able to sync contacts with our ERP (with API access). Once logged in, options for two pages in a single "hamburger" in top left. First page, pull configuration from API and display on screen. The page will need to use web sockets to query the API for events every 5 or so seconds. The code will need to parse the events to look for an specific set of events. Once an event is found, then update a status icon on the page. Once all status' are complete, then enable a button to submit the results. Second page, will query ERP for Account's contacts and query the other API for contacts. They will need to be cross referenced and displayed together sorted by call order. The user will have an option to delete, change call order, and or update information. They will need to click a Submit button when done. This will consolidate the changes and place in a ticket in the ERP. The page's interface will lock until the ticket is Complete. The user will have the option to cancel the last change request, which would just delete the ticket from the ERP.
