Convert Javascript program to C

I want to convert the audio generation code in the file attached to this project from Javascript to C. There is no need to recreate the HTML input sliders, just set the Update parameters up as variables I can edit or read in from keyboard. Note that the code uses Javascript assembler which you will need to be familiar with. Please output the audio to a standard Windows PC soundcard so I can check it sounds the same as the Javascript version. Code is to be in pure C only, not C++, C#, Python or anything else.
