Tizen app for a Samsung TV that must be done only through HTML, CSS and Javascript

Deadline on January 7! I want to develop an app using Tizen for a Samsung TV. This application must be done only through html css and javascript. You must incorporate a small database to register the different users and their results as I will explain later. In the initial screen, in the upper right part you should give the option to log in or register in the application. On the other hand you should let browse the application to users who have not registered or login. In the same initial screen, at the bottom you should let choose which country you want to consult visually as a carousel. When you select the country you must appear 3 different sections on the same html page: -First, the classification of the current season of all the teams that make up the first division league of the country selected by the user. -On the other hand, on the right side should appear a list of the games that are to be played, in this list the user (only if he has logged in) can select if he believes that the local team will win, tie or lose. This result selected by the user will be saved in the database. The user can do this procedure for all games listed on the screen. -Finally there should be an option that redirects you to another html where it indicates the total number of matches guessed by the user and the general ranking of the successes of all registered users. Once a month there will be a raffle in which an entry will be won to see any match that the winning user wants (the contest and the prize are fictitious). The result of the contest must be notified to the user via email and in the same Tizen application. (If you have guessed more results, you will have more chances to win the contest= This result can be shared in the main social networks and in WhatsApp. Finally, the application must have a multiscreen function that allows you to navigate in two different areas of the application at the same time (for example being able to use the application with two different countries at the same time). The database of the application should be implemented by means of some free API or something similar since it has to be managed only through Javascript and it can not be done through PHP. On the other hand the data of the different results of the equipment of the leagues of all the countries should be by means of a free API (it does not matter if it has limit of consultations) I have found one that works correctly. Finally clarify that the navigation in the application must be by the control of the Samsung TV and not by the mouse.
