Write javascript for photoshop to automate text insertion

I need a javascript written for photoshop I have a list of images and a list of corresponding texts. I need to insert the text into each photograph. The script will ask for 2 input information. Specify the csv file with the list, and specify the target folder where the photographs are. In case the font size, font type and font color needs to be changed, this will be done by modifying the script itself - hardcoded The text will be placed on the exact place every time with center alignment. see attached image. and see sample csv
