Concept Visualisation - Business Plan - Small Accommodation & Activity Facility

Need some help with details for a business proposal. Concept is a small accommodation facility in semi-rural Spain or France, where guests will visit for activity/content specific trips/retreats/seminars, e.g. yoga, therapy, fitness. Looking for someone who could help visualise the accommodation & activity space concept/layout to enable investors to better understand the proposal, aside from the investment side of things (financial and risk aspect). Likely include: - Plan layouts, including whole site, accommodation space and activity space - A sample visualisation of an accommodation interior - A sample visualisation of an activity space interior & exterior Work is ideally suited to someone junior looking to build a portfolio, or someone who currently has some free time (possibly on furlough) and would be interested in being part of a real project from the beginning. Subject to investment there will be work available paid at market rates for further development of the business. I have very little budget as this is the conceptual stage of the project. Please send proposals for compensation for consideration. If the project is successful anyone who has provided help at this stage will be welcome to visit on holiday - think of it as a long dated compensation :)
