Build me a web application / Only freelancers can contact and bid

I need a web application for my bag manufacturing company, I am the owner of the company and I need to keep track of all the workers who are doing the required work allotted to them in a specified time intervals, my project has the following requirements... -There is a Super Admin who has all the privileges/ permissions.. -Super Admin - creates a sub admin - creates employees login - Takes attendance of all the employees - Decides Users Roles(edit, delete, download, view options). Super Admin creates users database as follows -create user database with the following attributes - Emp_Id (Unique) , Emp_Name, Age, Gender, MobileNumber and email(optional). - Create area of work as Category with the below option [add, update, view, delete, search category] - He should create Time Frame (Slots). - time slots can be set by only admin[ eg. every 15 mins, 30 mins, 1 hour..] - Work allotment for the users - should set targets for all users.[eg. Targets can be set for a day/week/month/year ]. - Targets achieved or not. - Complete Report for the same.[Total work done report] Report - Attendance report[ From dd/mm/yy To dd/mm/yy] - Individual user attendance report and all users attendance report. - the report should have the following options[view all, download in PDF or .XL format ] Total Work done report ( refer the format below) [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Category TimeSlot Date Target fixed Total Achieved Target pending Extra 1 xyz stitching 9-10 6Dec 10 8 2 - For your reference go through the image as i have attached. I need the final application to be done in the same format.
