UK b2b Leads

Hi i have small startup business we are looking for someone who can create a page and do marketing for our service that we provide in UK. We need leads to be generated of people looking to Renew, upgrade or switch there electricity or gas contract. We dont do residential contracts so the leads should be of commercial properties only. Our main target audience is small to medium business owners like restaurants, takeaways, cash and carry, laundries anything that uses gas or electricity better if they use both. For now we generate sales by doing telecalls but as we want to expand our reach we are looking for someone who is good at digital marketing and can understand the target audience. we work with all the major suppliers in UK so if we just get a customer who is intrested in renewing or upgrading his utility contract we can surely give them good competitive your jobs will be to generate such leads it would be our job to convert them
