Also configuring the different vendors IP Phones in CME is a bit typical which needs to check while configuring but cannot be guaranteed, as it's ok for CUCM but not for CME. 1. Hello Peter, For auto attendant to work, the licensed must have been bundled in when you paid for the CUCM license hence it would not work so the auto attendant is in doubt. Lance
