Fix 3 issues with an Asterisk PBX in regards to T1 and FXS.

Ive been having 3 major issues with a install that uses T1 for outbound as well as for FXS channel banks the past few months. I have not had the time to work on it that much, so looking to pay for someone to resolve it. The issues are: 1) For some reason even though outbound route is set to g0, it attempts to call out over g1 2) The extensions coming in from the FXS channel banks do not pass on their extensions 3) Echo when calling from the IP phones to the FXS channels and vice versa. It is probably just a setting or two that needs to be tweaked but I have been pushing it off for over two months now and I need to resolve it.

I have been working with Asterisk since 1.1 then onto the other distros that came out over the years. Very familiar with Sangoma and other T1 interface/gateways. I'm located in California and can be reached via phone, skype etc. I've seen these issues in the past, without looking I have a strong idea what the problem could be.
