Sir, I am Thomas, systems administrator and securtiy researcher. The first step is to identify the ransomware. The second is to get a sample, identify it's encryption routine, and try to defeat it (or see if other did already defeat it). I will be able to pinpoint if it is 1) possible, and 2) in how long. Because sometimes it's possible, but would possibly take YEARS to crack the passphrase. Sometimes, it's way easier. Can you please PM me ? Regards,
