I ran 'sudo yum update' on my ec2 server and now httpd stopped and I can't restart it. I get the following error: 'Failed to configure encrypted (?) private key' I CANNOT GIVE YOU SSH ACCESS. You will have to walk me through the troubleshooting steps. If you are going to request SSH access, please do not respond. You will have to tell me commands to type and I will tell you the server's response. Thanks, this is due to client restrictions and not mine.

There seems to be a problem with private key compatibility with your openssl version. Can I get further information about your key parameters such as algorithm used, length of key and also your openssl version?
