i have delivered multiple ocr based projects. for your problem, we can use tessaract or microsoft azure to get the values from required keys in the cheque (Bank Name, IFSC Code, Account No., Date, Amount(in digits), cheque no). we can train model with 2-3 sample cheques for each bank to get higher accuracy. please connect to take it forward.

Hello Sir, You are willing to extract text from pdf and documents. Yes sir it's possible with OpenCV and some Tesseract OCR module. we have two procedures one will give you the raw text and another will give you text in a structured format. I have done some research for both cases. If you want, I can share the screenshot of the outputs to you.i have done it using python as well as AWS textract.
