Magento2 deal product page with options and logo upload

We have a magento 2 multi store 1. We want to offer fixed deals eg 20 t shirts for £99 on a product page but so customers can pick different sizes and colour of the 20 items but limits to 20. 2. As above but so customers can have a bundle deal so 5 t shirts 5 hoodies 2 jackets for £120 with all the colours and sizes and they can mix for the deal again limits to 12 items. 3. Then they can pick how it customised Embroidered or printed, location of the embroidery then upload customers logo file we want to be able to pick the file types and file sizes. It would be nice if a customer uploads an image the system remembers this so customer can pick a different deal and just select previous uploaded logo so we don’t have multiples of the same logo. Also we need to be able to add a value based on selection so a breast location if a deal would be £0.00 but a breast could be £2.95 then timed by the amount of items added to cart and if back is selected the value could be £4.95 we need a similar solution to manage the values in admin so we can adjust site wide on the location prices. I have given example site below. 4. Once added to cart all the selected information will show nicely in cart or checkout and once placed will show in customers account/ order purchased with an easy reorder. 5. Once a customer places an order we will need to be able to print the full order and easily be able to pull the customers logo with order, we will then upload a customer proof for them to approval in there account, which we will be notified that it’s been approved or declined if declined then a comments box for reasons why. All needs to be very fast and seo friendly, needs to work on mobile. I can give more images and details if needed This project needs a good team and ideally completed in 14 days
