Magento2 project with feed from Synnex Canda

Good day. Our company is a reseller of IT/Computer products located north of Toronto, Ontario. We wish to set up a Magento2 store and are looking for a partner to assist us. The store will be populated with about 400 SKUs, in five categories, that are "our own". We will manually maintain pricing, stock, photos, descriptions, etc. See attached files. We can offer a minimum of C$ 500 for the work, split into three milestones of approx C$ 150 each. The first milestone will be for DESIGN ONLY. We will pay you to modify a template (or two) of your choosing. We would like the benefit of your experience with Magento2 to know how to present the products to our business customers. We are open to paying for templates, but only if there is a specific benefit. We have installed Magento2 on a Debian server in our office. We are considering running the store there, but we could be persuaded to move it to a hosted server in Canada. *** OPTIONAL - EVENTUAL GOAL - NOT IMMEDIATE We would separately like the store to also be populated with 20,000+ SKUs from SynnexCanada, a distributor of IT products. The descriptions, quantities-on-hand-per-warehouse, photos, prices will be drawn daily from Synnex-Canada. They offer an old-style XML feed (not a modern API with JSON, etc). It will have to be XML, or alternatively some kind of cron job with the flat file they publish. We are aware a no-cost plugin for Magento that is said to facilitate integration between Synnex Canada and Magento2.
