GDPR Audit tool for checking which vendors or tags collect Personal Identifiable Information (PII)

I need help from someone to create an online tool that can audit the vendors or tags that collect personal data and generate a report. These are the main features I want to have in the report: A - number of services collecting personal data B - number of services not collecting personal data Network (Personal Identifiable Data (PII) collected through URL parameters are shared through the network) C - Number PII data points collected ( and % from all) D - Number non-PII data points collected Cookies E - Number PII data points collected ( and % from all) F - Number non-PII data points collected Detailed service analysis Table with columns with the names: Service Domain(Ex. [login to view URL]) Service name ([login to view URL]) Collecting PII parameters (Yes/No) Unique identifier (Yes/No) Ip address ( Yes/No) City (Yes/No) This report should be limited to only a part of all the rows in the free version. Another option would be to check for any PII data on the Google Analytics account after approving access. On the bottom the user would have a text with next steps to take and the option to contact a consultant. I can provide references about the functionalities.
