We are headTrix Training, We offer Adobe Training Classes & Consulting. [login to view URL] We are looking for an Online Assistant to help us 4 HOURS per day with various tasks. MUST WORK 4 HOURS and be available on SKYPE between 9am-5pm (4 hours only, for example 9am-1pm Pacific Standard Time. I need help with 1. Updating our Schedule of Classes 2. Posting Ads for our classes on Craigslist, Backpage and other sites 3. Update our Online Directories, and add us to more 4. Create Newsletters in Mailchimp 5. Improve our SEO 6. Adding leads in Salesforce 7. finding consulting jobs on [login to view URL] 8. Help us hire programmers 9. Help to Market and Sell our classes THE Assistant must be online ON Skype and available During California Pacific Standard time on Skype with a mic. You can view a video of what we need here: The Virtual Assistant MUST work DURING Pacific Standard Time at least 3-4 hours during 9am-5pm. You can work 8am-12noon, or 10am-2pm, or 1pm-5pm. BUT MUST WORK DURING CALIFORNIA PACIFIC STANDARD TIME. We give commission for any sales that you bring in.
