Good Afternoon Ma'am/Sir My name is Celeste Ryan, I am a student at the University of Pretoria and part of the Residence Management committee of one of the residences at the University called TuksVillage. We (TuksVillage RMC Sports portfolio) are planning an event to do with student health and fitness. We would like your support at the event by advertising or promoting your products and services. Attached is a set proposal for the event which is on the 9th of February 2016. Please indicate as soon as possible if your company is interested in the partaking of the event. TuksVillage is in Hatfield Pretoria 203 Duxbury road 0183. We just need stalls set up by your company, advertising your products on the 9th of February 2016 at 18:00-20:30 to students.
