looking for a freelancer to help me design a Detector Meter using Digital Ratiometric Measurement Techniques. The primary purpose of this project is for research purposes. I require someone with expertise in designing both Capacitance Meter and Hall's circuit for Q. Additionally, I need an experienced individual to design an FIR filter using the windowing method using MATLAB. The filter should be a low pass filter, simulated with both Hamming and Hanning simulated 'SINC' function. The specific requirements for the FIR filter design are the passband and stopband specifications. The implementation requires the use of MATLAB.
