Our goal is to hire an individual or firm to review and stamp our MEP documents for our Multi-family (apartment complex) projects that are being constructed in the following states: Michigan, Iowa, Arizona, and Texas. The range of the overall construction costs for these buildings is from $16.5 million to $25 million. Currently, we do not have PE in house that can stamp our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawings. Depending on the complexity of the project the review process will require approximately 20-60 hours, per project. The review will occur 2-4 weeks prior to construction documents being issued, to allow for ample time to react and modify our drawings accordingly.
