Microsoft Word expert

Hi, We are a boutique law firm based in Singapore looking for a Microsoft Word expert who could help us in the development of high-quality Microsoft Word documents mostly legal agreements which will form the basis of our templates. Scope of work The scope of work is likely to be phased: 1. Phase 1 – Scoping: a. An hour or more of your time over a video-call; b. Discussion on our proposed scope of work; c. Your tips on things to watch out for to ensure our documents are of a high-quality; d. Your tips on design of the agreement; e. Any technical, less well-known features of Word that we should watch out for or leverage off; As well as a discussion on your expertise and how you may help us. 2. Phase 2 – Design of the document, including setting out corporate guidelines on the document; 3. Phase 3 – How we may convert our current documents to the new design, preferably in an automated fashion. Scope of work to include potential for correction of formatting errors, especially with automatic numbering and cross-referencing, indentation etc. Experience We are looking for someone with extensive experience and expertise in the configuration, design, customisation, and implementation of templates using Microsoft Word. You need to have solid advanced skills in the latest version of Microsoft Word with over 10 years’ experience. Experience working in larger law firms, designing legal agreements and exposure to commercial contracting regulations and principles would be an advantage. Microsoft Office Specialist certification is preferred. Charges Please let us know your charges for the call which is Phase 1. Pricing for phases 2 and 3 are not now required but it would be helpful to get an idea of how you might calculate a price for your services for those phases. Thanks Best regards
