I need SQL Server tuning to be done to our database. - open to bidding

Hi I have been working with MSSQL for over 14 years. I am fully experienced as a developer and a DBA. Currently I am working at big financial organization in which I am responsible for the BI department. I have designed and the Developed the Organization’s Reporting Database which has been constructed with SQL Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition. The database is being updated daily from the core system with txt or excel files via SSIS or with direct connection at mainframe’s DB2 and a numerous of KPIS are being daily updated during the ETL. For isolation reasons the KPIS are replicated to another DB (with transactional replication) which exploits the reports via SSRS to the consumers. Some KPIS are being replicated with merged (bidirectional) replication. Also, 10 Cubes in SSAS are being daily automatically processed and the end of the ETL. Several other reports are daily automatically produced and sent via email to the recipients. Finally I have designed and developed the bank’s crm DB which is published on the intranet. The DB holds full information about the customers (Customers,Addresses , Financial Data , Contacts , campaigns , etc) and covers 4 countries. To achieve this i have made partitions over the country code. The size of the Reporting DB, is about 4TB and consists of about 4.000 objects and the replicated KPI DB is 350GB. The requirement seems fairly straightforward, my only question is if you can provide a test server or a database backup instead of just providing specific stored procedures. Additionally setting up profiler tracing to collect statistical data on the behavior of the applicationi(s) using the database may be beneficial. Hello, have you applied any calculations to the query output you have provided? The dmv you have taken this from is sys.dm_exec_query_stats, are you aware the values in this view are in microseconds? This means your highest last run query was 484 microseconds. I'm guessing this has been converted to seconds? Anyway, I can definitely help you out with your performance problems. Greetings, i'm not a mvp but i think i don't need it to check the performance of your database, i have over 3 years of experiences and the most i like is troubleshoting and tuning database, i'm really interested in check on details your database , filegroups, datafiles configuration, tables, indexes and store procedures, everything that can help to reduce bottleneck and improve the performance. I reviewed the excel file so i have some ideas from where to start i would like to check some tables like pur_recvd_dtl, pur_recvd_hdr and inty_uom_scheddtl, i also would like to review the configuration of your tempdb because i can see some temporal tables that can causing some bottleneck.
