Social network / video chat - iphone app

Hello I have one client, he is making social network service where main thing is video chat, video attachements etc... Webpage is already almost done. This service will go live in the end of November. And he needs iPhone/iPad version (Android will follow). I need price estimate, so i can discuss this with client and get more info.. THIS IS ALL INFO I HAVE FOR NOW! Client has rented server for video processing with "Wowza" soft which processes videos and streams in all formats. The main thing for this app is to be able to upload video to the server(maybe even downsample before) and use video streaming for videochat. I will write things that are needed, client already have some design for this app etc.. but he will show it only after we agree on price and all other things.. 1-When you start app there is some list with available streams (most popular, newest, friends) 2-There is login/registration (only email and password) after confirmation link on email is clicked it will redirect back to app into created profile. 3-each login can have more than one profiles with different infos (user can create/add/delete/edit those profiles) 4-Login (password reminder) when you login, you can choose which profile to use. 5-Must be possible to change profiles very easy. 6-Other users see your different profiles as different users.. only one profile (you are using now) shows as "online" for others.. And noone knows that those all profiles are one user. 7-edit profile (standard: name, contact information, location, language, interests (dropdown list), pictures (with the opportunity to upload, take a pic etc)) 8-Place to add videos (you can choose under which profile this video shows, and also choose categories, user groups and add textual info to each video) and you can arrange all videos by those categories or groups 9-Same for pictures 10-messages - standart message service, for exchange with messages inside portal, but with possibiliety to attach pictures and videos... for video must be possible to take video from iphone camera right to this server and message attachment (if its possible off course, because it will be faster than take video, than upload it, etc..) 11-Video chat - there must be two modes: A - All users can see "one user" + chat between all ... but that "one user" sees only chat. B - video chat mode "one on one" + text chat (text chat because there must be possible to automatically translate to other language using google translate) 12-comments for profile and for all added materials 13 - rating / I like this (only "Like") 14 - Friends. you can invide anyone, and you can be invited by enyone.. you can accept or disscard this invite. Those friends can be used as filter for videos and pics etc.. 15-Favorites (favorite videos, favorite friends) 16-Statistics (you can see who whatched your profile etc) 17-in webpage there will be banners/ads, maybe make two versions one will be free with banners, other will be paid woithout ads 18-In the begining all will be free for some time.. But it must be possible to quickly make all services paid (I dont know for now, but there must be some in-app purchases or subscriptions, like videochat for one day/month etc). In web version all this will be through paypal and sms. But in app it must be through appstore. 19-Search (for videos, streams, users and all that contains searchable words) 20-There must be also map with ability to see other active users and their location (you can enable/dissable this in options) and when you click on them google maps can calculate route to them. it will use mainly standart UI elements and buttons etc. but there must be added all interactive items, like swipes, etc other cool iphone things... so app looks and feels nicer. Maybe there can be some sync between phonebook and portal friends. This app needs to be flexible so for small changes in web dont need to remake app. I will also need souce code in the end so we can make all updates by ourself. Thankyou
