ionic framework developer II

I am looking for an ionic framework or angular js developer to work on my mobile project (mostly written in phone gap and ionic framework). Below is the list of tasks I’d like you to work on: 1. Fix the RSS news feed from mysql server to Mobile client, there is a working code on the old project 2. Fix the Upload Picture/Video script. It does not have the right extension file and the php script on the server, it translates the colon (:) to a hex decimal. Need to find a way to prevent the php script on the web server to translate that 3. Fix specific search “medical” (Map Page) 4. Allow wide card search (Map Page) 5. Make the iOS version Note that you must have phone gap, ionic framework and/or angular ja experience to apply for it. Budget is $250 fixed. Any bids above that will be ignore. Upon a completion of a project, you will make final changes on my servers and prove that they work on both android and ios with no error. Source code must be provided. Thanks for looking
