Make a food ordering application for iPhone/iPad

This project is very similar to Door Dash (food delivery) however is only for the ordering component of the functionality, not the delivery component. Key Requirements The app needs to look and feel similar to Door Dash: - Must allow multiple retailers to store their menu's and photos - Allow users to create accounts - Allow users to purchase items from the retailers entitling them to a voucher for future redemption at the retail location - Allow users to send their voucher to another user Your bid - Must cover design, testing right to successful add to App Store and Google Play I will provide a different color and branding structure, however as a starting point, the app should be very similar in functionality to Door Dash. Please provide estimated cost and timeline. Also add the incremental time and cost for an Android equivalent. Ideally you have developed this type of app already and can give me a working example.
