Need expert mobile developer to make Android app that can make iOS live photos on Android phone

I need an online store website like [login to view URL] and it should be easy for me to edit it. I will be selling products like clothes and some stuff that harrods sells. I have a lot of time in fact around a month and I need a very good website if possible even better than the mentioned site. It should have custiOS has a feature to shoot live photos. But on Android google has it's own format for creating motion photos which are usually videos exported in gif format. We need to make an Android app, that is capable of creating live photos on android devices that can be viewed on iOS devices. There is currently no library in android that allows for the creation of a iOS format live photo. Live photos can currently be created only on Apple devices. We need to figure out a way of decoding the live photo format on iOS and encoding android photo + video into an iOS live photo on an android device, so that the photo can be seen as a live photo on an iOS [login to view URL] friendly features and easy to update. It should be easy to add the product list and the listed products should have an image with a rollover option.
