Write an Iphone & Android application (Wordpress)

Project Description : I would like to have an application *FULL WORKABLE* with custom UI (Different as my Wordpress website). The applications need to have my website function (Messages, Notifications, Feed, ''My profile'', Etc. Website URL : [login to view URL] (Wisp me if you want an user account to explore a little bit.) Also, the website isn't completly done yet but the function are mostly all there. I would like the design to be like Instagram & Facebook applications to be friendly to use with most people possible. (I will make some draft if someone need..) Application need to be on Market of Apple, Windows phone & Android Fully functionnal before I release the money.. Windows Phone is optional, but I will take the person who can do it too instead of someone who can't (If There's one who can). Also, API need to be done on the website. Budget / Deadline : My budget will be around 300CAD$. Deadline can be up to November, It's not a problem, I can wait (Not to much tho). PS: Don't send me a message if you didn't read the whole description. PS2: I won't use any system out of freelancer's one.
