Mortgage Calculator and Rates

I need a mortage calculator integrated into our website as well as a "current rates" feature. Home page featured current rates: This must somehow keep current and change automatically. 2. Today's Rates link: This must also be automated and keep up with every day's current mortgage rates. Not sure if there is something out there that already exists that can simply be intergated into our site. 3. Mortgage Calculator: This is a common and straight forward mortgage calculator that you see on most mortgage sites. Please bid on all three and I will need an explaination of how you will implement and some samples of this same type of work that you've done on similar sites.
