Database creation & integration wit Proposify Email Marketing Platform

I work as a business broker and marketing consultant for firms looking to find an investment partner, and need to be able to identify filtered parties from a database and make tailored email marketing campaigns to those filtered parties on my clients behalf. This project suits someone that can see the big picture of the integration I am trying to achieve and handle the nuances of the database and email marketing platform integration, whilst at the same time remaining simple to operate so that a layman can filter the search results from the database and automate sending an email campaign to them in the [login to view URL] email marketing platform. Right now though, I do not have a database, I just have many Excel Worksheets with many many fields of data in them. In total there are over a 1000 rows of company data and about 100 fields that have a "x" below them if that field is relevant to the company. ie/ If I have a client in the "Food & Agriculture" Excel worksheet that is looking for investment capital, I will send an email to all relevant companies in that worksheet and the "Financial Firms" Excel worksheet as long as they have a "x" next to their company below the selected fields. Please note I DO NOT to use a database that requires COMMAND SEARCHES, and instead prefer a simple interface to make the searches and view the results. Because My idea was that as all the data is structured in matrix formation in the Excel Worksheets then it probably makes sense to firstly import it into a MySql database (but how can I make searches to filter it without a COMMAND SEARCH?) After search results are filtered I want to then be able to import the result into a "List" in the [login to view URL] email marketing software so that tailored email campaigns only get sent to the relevant groups. I am open to work with someone that can do as I have proposed or sees an equally viable way to do it by extracting the data into a CRM plafform like Pipeline and then integrating the database search results into the [login to view URL] platform. This project will require a bit of collaboration and discussion to make sure the project goal is best achieved even if the function changes, so I prefer a good communicator and am ready to discuss with anyone with the broad experience and initiative to make this happen.
