To help adapt the open source Share Tribe platform to suit new requirements by implementing the following services;

Phase #1

- Book a Visit - link to calendar with time slots for the host to booking a service to visit, linked to Host account

- Booking Value for "Daily Rate" negates weekends when being booked over a weekend period (unless specified by available by Host)

- Different Value for the length of booking availability (i.e. discounted booking for longer periods).

- Referral Code tracker: tracks referrals/users for bookings to generate a sales report from that referral

- Split fee so that we can charge & adjust the % fee to the Host & Guest (currently just Guest)

- Customer service integration using Freshdesk's Freshdesk & FreshChat service [login to view URL]

- Reoccurring Billing: be able to set billing to charge a PayPal or credit card account on a *Set period* (most probably weekly or monthly) until either canceled or as previously set (such as every week for 6 weeks.

- API plugin to [login to view URL] for instant lookup of ABN (Australian Business Number) for verification which is then displayed to user real-time as confirmed/not confirmed etc.

- Front-end CSS design to ensure site it has better UX - TBA on designs

- (b) API plugin to real-time Identification platform called [login to view URL] supply tech specs from Trulioo upon request.

- Host & Guest must review each other within 30 days of booking start

- Improve Search Capability: adding Type of Space, $, quantity of spaces per venue.

- Instant Book functionality

- Insurance Claim page - fields to submit an insurance claim. 20 text fields with image upload

- Marketplace functionality via API with Freelancer.com. Tech specs still to come from Freelancer

We will require hours allocated to each of the above before awarding the job.
