Troubleshoot, Fix Problem With Script

I need someone to optimize my wordpress sites to make sure they are performing well on my go daddy hosting account. Currently I am receiving a message that two of my websites are causing a significant overload of shared resources (CPU) for the server on which it resides, which threatened the health of the server and, in turn, threatened the connectivity of the other websites housed on it. This has resulted in one of the websites being disabled by the host. I need someone who has the expertise and experience to provide a specific solution, after troubleshooting the custom scripting associated with the two websites that are seen as the reason for the problems. I want someone who can do a profile scan of the websites to improve their overall health and return them to optimum performance and functionality. My hosting provider is unable to troubleshoot custom scripting. It is therefore unable to provide a specific solution to me.
