Update DHIS2 to align reporting weeks with our financial year

We have already setup an instance of DHIS ([login to view URL]) and we have imported data into it for analysis. DHIS2 automatically assigns a reporting week to the data as it is coming in based on the actual week within the year. Our financial year begins October 1st hence week 1 begins on October 1st instead of week 1 beginning on January 1st. We would like to align the reporting weeks in our data to reflect this when we build graphs etc.
