Windows .NET Auto updatable service with communication to a database and external webservice

Here's my proposal: - For user first time only installation I'll provide standar setup Visual Studio project ([login to view URL] file) - For all needed user configuration it will be required to setup standar app config file by the user - Regarding auto-update: Service will periodically check service version and compare to current one and only if newer is available will download latest version. Then will lunch an exe responsible for stopping the service, unzipping and copying required files to be updated and finally re-starting the service Note: targeting different DB engines should be possible by simply changing connection string and DB provider in the above mentioned config file. Honestly, I have not worked with postrgresql before so I'm saying this based on research and by implementing this with [login to view URL] should work perfecly fine. Within this budget I can only warranty SQL server fully tested on my environment. I could setup an environment to test postgresql and MySql as well but I'll have to update my bid to $180
