we are an internet provider companies we have more then 300 mb dedicated internet we share this bandwidth to home and office customers we need to optimize this bandwidth. Server A installed local and server B install in Germany Customers send his data (websites, youtube, downloads...... to server A server A compress this data and send it to server B so we can use this bandwidth capacity to more clients and have fast internet

I will need more information regarding the expectations you have from such a project. WAN optimization based on techniques such as compression can vary greatly in results, depending on the type of data being transferred. Granted there are some other WAN optimization techniques, but the most important factor is what/how much bandwidth optimization you are expecting to achieve. Also, how mutable are the two servers, and what operating systems are they running, because some implementations may require the use of a modified (Linux) kernel to function properly. Last but not least, the 300Mbps connection(s) that you have, what WAN technology is it based on? As this can have a considerable effect on the techniques that can/should be used to optimize traffic.

If your servers run Linux i can do it - setup VPN with compression between the two servers, setup routes and iptables rules for the whole thing to work. I can also setup some HTTP proxy like squid to cache data locally (but in modern web caching only helps for images, as most pages are generated dynamically nowdays). Caching works best if the machine has a lot of RAM, as loading data from disk with many users can reduce the responsiveness of webpages. I'm less familiar with *BSD, but can do it in 21 days at most. Basically a lot depends on the type of data that is running on the network. There's not much that can be done for videos and pictures (except caching) as they are compressed already, and won't compress any more, except for recoding (for example you can dynamically recompress jpeg-s into lower quality thus save bandwith) - but this solution is very CPU intensive.
