Project: Tool - Place links in movies Project short description: The programmer can choose a suitable programming language. The programmer has to program in the highest quality standards and in the latest versions of the programming language/s used. The programmer will deliver no parts of the programming work encrypted, encoded or obfuscated in any way. This small software tool to program should make it possible to place a link which links to a webpage in a movie or video. If left blank the URL will be placed [login to view URL] selector for the URL or Link name (drop down): Arial, Myriad, Times New Roman or Verdana [login to view URL] size selector (drop down): 8pt, 10pt or 12pt [login to view URL] for the entry of font color: Entry will be done using the hex code of the specific color [login to view URL] selector (drop down): The user can choose where the link is placed in the movie: Lower right corner, lower left corner, upper right corner, upper left corner [login to view URL] button: Saves the current settings [login to view URL] - Help page: Links to the Help page which is opened in a browser [login to view URL] - Tell a friend: If clicked on the POP3 email client opens on the local PC and shows and email message with a prepared text and subject line. The user just has to enter the friend's email address. [login to view URL] - Buy: Links to the page where it is possible to buy the software. [login to view URL] - Update: Checks for updates of the software. Moreover we need some error messages in case the user will make mistakes using the software. These error message will pop up on error. The texts for the error messages will be delivered. Screenshots and the detailed description and specifications will be delivered. *** Test mode: It is possible to run the software in a test mode. In this case it is not possible for the user to enter his own link (see point 5). This field will be disabled and a link to our webpage will be set by default. ------------------------------------------------------------ Important: The following business terms have to be accepted by the chosen programmer. DO NOT place a bid on the project if you do not accept the following: *All programming work is done exclusively for us. *The full ownership, all rights, including copyrights and exclusive licenses of the completed programming work and source codes will be transferred to us on payment. *We will obtain full rights to resell the programming work, the source codes and anything else relating to software, programmed by the programmer, to third parties. The programmer will reserve no rights whatsoever to limit our reselling activity. *The programmer will reserve no rights to sell or resell the software/source code or any parts of the software/source codes to third parties. *The programmer declares that in no part of the programming work carried out will he use anything protected by copyrights of third parties, or any intellectual property belonging to third parties, or anything which underlies any license issued in favour of third parties. *In case the programmer uses any software to carry out the programming work he declares that he has the full rights / licenses to use this software. We will send the programmer a declaration which includes the above mentioned terms and which specifies the legal venue. The programmer will become personally liable for any damages suffered by us or third parties by breaching any point in the declaration and binds himself to give full compensation thereof. The programmer confirms his identity by sending us a copy of an official document issued by the authorities of the programmer's country.
