Writer Needed For Web Design Blog

I am looking for a writer for a blog focused on web design, wordpress, photoshop, design freebies and basic html / css. Key responsibilities are: Content Creation - Unique & informative articles on web design topics - 100% perfect english and grammar - Relevant images embedded into the articles - SEO friendly titles must be written - Approx 400 words each Article Research - Content must be up to date and useful (i.e. latest wordpress themes, plugins, brushes, tutorials etc). Example titles include: -Top 5 Free Email Marketing Services -Best Plugins To Speed Up Your Wordpress Site -Best 15 Video Wordpress Themes of 2013 -20 Best CSS Tips for Beginners Publication - You must know how to publish articles on our wordpress blog, add relevant links and upload necessary images. You do not have to be an expert on every subject but you have to have an understanding of wordpress and general web design. I will give you list of similar blogs that you can reference as many articles can just be written by referring to these sites. You can rewrite information from different sources to make engaging and helpful blog posts. What I will provide Each week I will provide guidance on what types of blog posts I want (i.e. 1 on photography wordpress themes, one on the best CMS systems, two on freebie icons etc). This will be a long term position that will require 2-3 articles per day on average. You will initially be given 10 articles to write on a trial basis for which you will be paid. If you are good I will take you on long term and we can agree payment in blocks of blog posts (i.e. $x for 50 posts etc). Ideally, I want someone who has a passion about web development & design who likes writing about it. Please include the following with your application: 1. Please send me samples of your writing or you will not be considered. 2. Tell me what time zone you are in, what hours your are available to work in UK time and your skype username. 3. Finally, let me know your fee for the first 10 x 400 word article - use this as your price for this project.
