Micro Stock photo retoucher, keyworder and uploader with going work with monthly fee.

I’m a Micro stock photographer based in Europe. I have been working for the last few years and now have the extra money to start expanding my business. I’m looking for a full time retoucher with great Photoshop, retouching skills and perfect English for key wording and uploading the images. The successful applicant with need to be very organised, be able to work to dead lines, have a great knowledge of Photoshop, lightroom, good understand of English and preferred experience with editing and uploading for micro stock The role will be to receiving 1500-2000 RAW images a month, editing and retouch them, keyword them and up load to 9 Micro stock agencies. I believe this will be a full time job and would prefer to work with one person or a smallish company so I can have more control of the images and the work. Please send me an example of your work and if you have any experience in micro stock editing and uploading and your monthly fee ( this will be on going work ) for the role I have described above. Also what computer you’re working on and if you are using a calibrated monitor, quality control is very important or me. I’m looking to build a strong working relationship.
