CSV Import to Opencart 2 - Automatic daily import/update

I will make use cronjob to make data auto import into OpenCart2 database, and also i will make use vqmod for manually process (import) so it will be easy for you feature. I have questions for: 1. A csv file will be uploaded to a folder on the server daily. --> which program will do it ? is this will do by accounting software or let me know ? 2.
