Here is an Idea , I need a UI website with dashboard (or you can create it in wordpress it will be best) where a user can able to apply to me to sell their old cars to govt ...and Govt will give them incentives for that car . What i need is i need 4-5 page site : 1. Assesment page : Where a user read all the terms of eligible for this apllication , once he find that he is eligible then he visit 2nd page 2. Application Here are some questions need to be answers include dependent questions and yes/no question. Once apllication form complete there will be 2 buttons CHECK OUT and PROCEED TO PAYMENT after click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT the user redirect to paypal to pay the 20$ fee to us . and then the email confirmation are send to user a email confirmation that his aplication is accepted and blah blah via company email address in functionality terms i need : Responsive,payment gateway, email confirmation i need a bank details of all users so that i can forward it to govt for further process ... this all i need ....i need to see a design first ... i have all contents ready with me its a simple site no need of img and vedios and all just a simple site..
