BMI Calculator widget for Wordpress / Wordpress Widget Calcolo BMI

Wordpress plugin or php code can be integrated into a widget wordpress for calculation of BMI (body mass index). The calculation should be based on 4 parameters: Age (select field with 4 range), Gender (select field with male, female), Weight (text field), Height (text field). The range to be set in the select "Age" are: - Less than 20 years - Between 20 and 30 years - Between 30 and 50 years - Over 50 The calculation should return 4 different results by Gender and the selected Age: - underweight - normal weight - overweight - obese --------------------- Realizzazione di un plugin per Wordpress o codice php integrabile in un widget di wordpress per il calcolo del BMI (indice di massa corporea).
