537690 PHP code to be embedded in html page W/O missing alignment

This is a simple and quick project. I have a html page with a music player and ad spaces around it. Music player is php based. I want you to help me in placing the code in the assigned palace of the player and convert whole thing in to a php page. A completed html page, and php script for the MP3 player will be supplied.
