Advertising PPC website Addon

This is to allow users to install PPC on there Paid Membership Sites. Must have the following features: -Allow the customer to select the dimensions slots. -Allow the Administrator to set prices for slots, for slots to appear as products and for the products to be managed similar to nopCommerce with varients. -Allow the administrator to define the duration of ads/ slot as a variant option. -Support flash ads -Allow the administrator to inject slots on certain pages i.e. <div id="slot1"/>. -Advert designer. -Graphic upload/designer. -Campaign management for client. -Possible facebook integration.* -payment gateway management incl, Paypal, Credit Card, Direct debt from Bank Account -Tax settings. -recurring payments -Allow Customer to Track campaign -Allow members to insert html snippets on there site -Allow customer to set commission percentage for members who direct traffic who buys a product (JQUERY cookie). -Allow member to check commission balance and withdraw every month (amount gets escrowed from customer to holding account and member can withdraw every month). -Users to be able to manage there profiles. -Integrate with this project <[login to view URL]> . -Registered users landing page. DAL must be entity framework, I want as little post back as possible so please as much JQUERY as possible. the security layer is to protect the database and the transactions to and from. the presentation must be super sexy. Credit card details are to be stored so complete validation id required to prevent fraud and the option to add **max-mind** would be awesome.
