Banner Ad and Link Exchange System

See attached file for all the requirements. I will need to be able to create License Copies. I.e. a 10 banner License or a 100 banner License. The License Code should be in a DLL and without this DLL the system will not work. I should be able to create as many License(s) as I want or need. The admin and user interface should be easy to use and graphically rich. NS,IE,AOL compatible. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. Life time free prompt bug fixes. This needs to be setup to be able to be run "Out of the Box" which means I can take a zip copy of this, run a setup script, and it will work on my site or site(s). ## Deadline information ASAP; However i will not be picking a bid until at the earliest 11/15/2001 so if you do not hear from me until that doesn't mean I rejected your bid.
