need to check results from a web page

I am looking for a small desktop program or a server side script that checks results from [login to view URL];mkt=us I already have some progs and scripts for that but the problem is overture began to ban ips. So what i need is a program that supports ten thousands of domain names that i can import from a text file, with a click ,it will begin to check the results, i also need to sort the coloumn and select and copy the ones that i need. But the most important point is since it is banning IPs, program must support thousands of proxies and can change proxies after checking "n" number of domains. Please post your correct deadline. If i will give you the project and if you couldnt supply it to me within the timeline negative feedback will be posted. My budget is $100
