Display the most recently submitted article. There will be seven categories. Each article will exist under one of the seven categories. On the site, if you are under a specific category, the site will display the most recently submitted article for that category. Underneath that it will display previous articles under that category. The admin can choose an article to become “Featured” in which the article will be featured on the home page. With the submission of the article will be a headline, image and caption. Article Submit: Articles will be submitted via a part of the site where the writer's will log into. When the articles are submitted it will record: Author Headline Article Image Image Caption Timestamp IP Address Article Approve: When articles are submitted the supervisor will be notified. Article Approval Article Edit Article Delete Add Writer Delete Writer Suspend Writer Writer Permissions Misc: The site will display who submitted the article, and there will be a link “View other articles from this author.” The design of the site is finished and can be viewed at: [login to view URL] There needs to be some kind of search function to search the site articles. The search should include options like: search only headings, search only articles, search both, search for writers, search via dates etc.
