Wanted: Live and debt free dating/networking site designer/programming partner

I own a 95% finished, live and ‘debt free’ international .com asp networking/dating site which is based in the West Midlands, UK. I am looking for a proactive and motivated .asp and/or php programmer who is prepared to come into business with me for a 25% share of the net profit. The only fees at the moment are the usual hosting/running costs. The site currently has over 2300 members gained from no previous proper SEO or marketing and adopts a very smart function that none of the others have realised – as soon as the clever way it works gets out it will fly! 4 or 5 days work is required on the site to clear up a few bugs and add some more features that will make it addictive and seeing members coming back daily. Ongoing weekly SEO will be required to get the site growing exponentially gaining critical mass all the time. The successful applicant will be responsible for the SEO while I will handle the traditional marketing and PR needs. Once we reach 10,000 members a very nominal charge of £1 per month will be implemented and while knocking some members back the site will still grow like mad and generate a very nice monthly pay cheque for a forward thinking and motivated programmer.
