Answering machine software for Windows Mobile based Devices - esp. WM 5 & 6 PhoneEdition. The software should cover the following functions: --------------------------------------------------- - Answering calls automatically. - Play pre-recorded (custom) messages based on caller. - Record message of caller and safe them locally. - Recorded file only playable with this software. - Saved files in folders based on caller - Quick Access to last calls and correspon. rec. files. - Easy to use GUI - Easy to use quick tips --------------------------------------------------- The software is planned to record calls in absence of the phone owner or if the phone can not be picked up. (meetings, conferences etc.) The software should answer the call and play a message based on the caller. For example: ----------------------------------------------------- Bob Meier is calling (a friend). The sofware plays the pre-recorded message "Hi Buddy, I'm currently in one of those meetings ...." Mr. Burns is calling (the boss). Pre-recorded message "Hi Mr. Burns, I'm still in the meeting with the ..." Mum is calling. Pre-recorded message "Hi Mum, sorry for not calling..." ------------------------------------------------------ After the message is played, the caller wll hear a signal and after this he can leave his message. A maximum time should be setable by the phone owner. The message should be saved in a special file format what can only be played with this sofware. ------------------------------------------------------ Further details may be added. The maybe added features will be non-major ones. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
